To generate the SSRS report you will need some tools like, first of all, launch SQL Server Data Tools.
This will launch Visual Studio.
Then you have to download Microsoft Dynamics 365 Report Authoring Extension, you can download it by clicking on the link below.

After downloading both things, Create the report.
Open visual studio and Click on File -> Click on New -> Then Click on Project
You will see a Create new project dialog.
Now from the template, and choose Report Server Project.
